Eden Gardens State Park

A glimpse back into time

Eden Gardens State Park contains approximately 115 acres of land that was part of the historic Wesley homestead. In a setting of moss-draped live oaks, the 1895 mansion recalls a prosperous era before the virgin forests of longleaf pine and cypress were exhausted in this part of the state. The mansion, surrounded by lawns  and gardens, has been restored and furnished with remarkable antiques.

Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou Park

Enjoy the real Florida.

Located on the north shore of Choctawhatchee Bay and bordered by the Rocky Bayou Aquatic Preserve, park visitors can enjoy canoeing and kayaking, viewing aquatic wildflowers, spotting osprey nests or observing wildlife in its natural environment.

Henderson Beach State Park

Enjoy the emerald coast.

Pristine white sugar sand beaches and more than 6,000 feet of natural scenic shoreline border the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Natural features of the park include sand pines, scrub oaks, and dune rosemary.
